Shipping Information
Order Processing & Delivery Times
- Order Processing: 1-2 business days
- Standard Shipping: via DHL or FedEx – 10-15 business days after dispatch ($12.95)
- Free Shipping: via EMS for orders over $50 – 15-25 business days after dispatch
We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia).

Return Policy Details
- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be in original condition (unused, unassembled, with tags attached)
- Packaging: Original packaging must be intact
- Proof of Purchase: Required for all returns
Non-Returnable Items
To keep our little customers safe and happy, these items cannot be returned unless defective:
- Custom-made items
- Kids’ Decorative Pillows (for hygiene reasons)
Step-by-Step Return Process
- Submit Your Request: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for Approval: Our fairy godmothers (customer care team) will review your request within 1-2 business days
- Package Your Item: Once approved, repackage securely in original packaging
- Ship It Back: We’ll provide return shipping instructions (customer pays return shipping unless item is defective)
- Large Furniture: For bunk beds, dressers, etc., we may arrange special pickup
Exchange Process
Want to exchange for a different color or style? Just follow the return steps above and let us know in your email which item you’d prefer instead. We’ll coordinate the exchange once we receive your original item.
Refund Information
- Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Method: Refunded to original payment method

- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are deducted for non-defective items
- PayPal refunds may take an additional 2-3 days
