Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for return:
- Item must be in original condition (unused, unassembled, with all tags attached)
- Original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
⏳ Please note: Custom-made items and Kids’ Decorative Pillows (for hygiene reasons) cannot be returned unless defective.
Easy Return Process
- Submit Your Request: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return within 15 days of delivery
- Wait for Approval: Our customer care team will review your request within 1-2 business days
- Package Your Item: Once approved, repackage the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship It Back: We’ll provide return shipping instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective
- Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange
Exchange Process
Want to exchange for a different color or style? Follow the same steps as above, and let us know in your email which item you’d prefer instead. We’ll help coordinate the exchange once we receive your original item.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are deducted from refunds for non-defective items
- For PayPal payments, refunds may take an additional 2-3 days to appear in your account
