Do furniture items come assembled?
Most smaller items ship fully assembled, while some larger furniture may require simple assembly. Each product page specifies whether assembly is needed. All necessary hardware and clear instructions are included.

Shipping & Delivery

What are my shipping options?
We offer two convenient shipping options:
  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days after dispatch (1-2 day processing)
  • Free Shipping: For orders $50+ via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after dispatch (1-2 day processing)
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide, excluding some remote areas in Asia. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location.
Can I track my order?
Of course! Once your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your child’s new furniture every step of the way to your home.
What if I’m not home when delivery arrives?
Our carriers will typically leave a notice with instructions for rescheduling or picking up your package. For larger items, we recommend being available or arranging for someone to accept delivery.

Payments & Accounts

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and JCB, as well as PayPal for secure checkout.
Is my payment information secure?

Can I create an account to track my orders?

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We want you to love every piece as much as your child will! You may return most items within 15 days of receipt. Items must be in original condition with all packaging. Please contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. In those cases, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days. It may take additional time for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
